Returns and Exchanges
Thanks for shopping with us online at Freedom Parc. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, it may be returned for a refund or replacement for the exact same item, if available. We do not refund original or return shipping charges. (see online return and exchanges details below)
Note: Items purchased in our retail store can only be returned for store credit with a receipt within 14 days. (check store for details)
Final sales:
All Gift Cards, jewelry, lingerie and items marked as on "Sale" are final sale. These items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
Online returns and exchanges:
- Refunds are accepted within 14 days of shipment date with tags intact and merchandise unworn.
- If the item received was damaged, it can be replaced for the same exact item, if available.
- Customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in the return process.
- All Gift Cards, jewelry, lingerie, and sale items are final.
- Your original shipping charges are not refundable.

return form and enclose it with your returned merchandise and original invoice.
- Ship your merchandise via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We strongly recommend that you insure the package in case of lost or damaged shipment.
